About the Internship:

The selected intern(s) will work on following during the internship: 
1.Should understand customer queries; answer the queries both over email and phone with a sensitivity of customer requirements and issues.
2. Provide support for pbSecure products to customers remotely via phone, email and web or onsite.
3. Analyze independent investigations, interpret and make decisions based on investigations.
4. Ensure customer satisfaction with resolutions.

Who can apply:

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship.
2. can start the internship between 16th Feb'17 and 18th Mar'17.
3. are available for duration of 5 months (preferred, not mandatory).
4. have/ are pursuing UG/PG degrees in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E/MCA & Similar).
5. are currently in any year of study or are recent graduates.

Other requirements:

1. Skill(s) required: Java and Linux and J2EE
